MBMA regularly issues Insurance Bulletins that are relevant to its member companies, contractors and insurance underwriters. In certain circumstances building codes require construction to be fire rated. MBMA has conducted fire tests at Underwriters Laboratory, Omega Point Laboratories and Factory Mutual to answer the need for these fire rated metal assemblies.
